    • Upon receiving a cancellation request, our team will process it promptly and cease all ongoing services.
    • Clients may be subject to cancellation fees depending on the terms outlined in their service agreement.
  2. Refund Policy:
    • We offer refunds in accordance with the following conditions: a. If the cancellation is requested within 7 days of the initial purchase, a full refund will be issued. b. If the cancellation is requested after 7 days of the initial purchase, refunds will be prorated based on the services already rendered.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
    • Refunds may be subject to processing fees or deductions for any services already provided or costs incurred by Ready2UP.
  3. Exceptions:
    • Refunds will not be provided for services that have been fully rendered or completed.
    • No refunds will be issued for monthly subscription fees after the service period has begun.
    • Ready2UP reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse or misuse of our services.
  4. Disputes and Chargebacks:
    • In the event of a dispute or chargeback initiated by the client, Ready2UP will make every effort to resolve the issue in a fair and timely manner.
    • Clients are encouraged to contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback to address any concerns or issues.
  5. Changes to Services:
    • Ready2UP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services without prior notice.
    • In the event of such changes, clients will be notified accordingly, and refunds will be issued where applicable based on the terms outlined in this policy.
